All packages will need to be signed with a valid government ID (US ONLY MUST BE 21)
ID VERIFICATION
Please DO NOT ORDER if you are under 21.
Orders needing to be refunded over not being (21 US or 21 CAN), years of age, will incur a 20% restocking Fee
IDs are required on all orders over $250.00.
The name and address on the ID needs to match the name and address on the order. If you place and order and do not complete the ID verification you will be charged at 20% restocking fee and refunded the remainder.
Shipping Policy
All Items Shipped through UPS or USPS Sure Post. Please have a safe location to ship to as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages
Please allow 10-12 Business Days from the date of your order for your product to ship. All items are made to order.
Lost / Stolen or Undelivered Packages
We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or un-receivable packages. Please have a safe place to send your items. We require an adult signature on orders over $250 USD. Requiring you present a valid 21 year old ID to UPS That must match the name and address on the order.
**Quick Ship Feature**
Our Quick Ship option offers expedited shipping for eligible products, ensuring delivery as early as the next business day (Monday through Thursday before 3 PM EST), Monday (for Friday orders before 3 PM EST), or Tuesday (for Saturday or Sunday orders anytime), excluding major U.S. holidays and their eves. Shipping dates are subject to availability, and the next business day is calculated based on standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that while we strive to accurately label Quick Ship items, errors may occur. We cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or delays resulting from an item being incorrectly designated as Quick Ship. For the most current shipping details, contact our support team.
All items shipped UPS or USPS sure post which ends in Delivery from your local Post office please check tracking or email clothing@illadephglass.com if you have a question on a tracking number.
